A guy asked for a programm to edit his lets plays. He told that he uses Fraps to capture the screen, so I recommended Bandicam for this.

He complained about the programm wasn't freeware.

I answered:

Even saying that Bandicam you have to "buy/crack" is illegal. Since you normally have to "buy" Bandicam, people have cracked it so you don't hvae to but it. Which is illegal, it's just that people don't like things like that getting talked about on U.S.G.N.

Certain places in the world have different rules. Like once said, "It's a free world". But in the real world and not the virtual world, there is different rules for everything. There is rules for this forum, rules for U.S.G.N, and the law.

I would ban him because hacks are not aloud anywhere in the internet, forums, and stuff like that. Unless there is a website that allows hacks to people, which is gay.
