It's good!
But:
* the icons (post reply; PM) arent matching 100% the current theme (maybe simplier ones?)
* some text's color has to be changed to make it more readable
Finally we have a pretty stylish design ^^

I agree with VADemon too. Especially the text colors, But the theme is nice.
