THe Website has changed a bit :)

Welcome to the new design of the forum. I hope you guys like it.

Changelog:
Changed the theme of the website.
Changed the Pics of the "New Topic","Icons" etc..
Fixed some bugs in the coding. (Note: this is not noticable)

btw.. why is the header (banner picture) it's not in a middle?
